Shipping Policy

FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2Day shipping will no longer be available starting: February 25th. Order by 4pm EST on the 25th for expedited delivery.

How long will it take for my order to ship? 

AVAIL orders placed with a USPS shipping option (including the free First Class Mail option) will be shipped SAME DAY if the order is placed from an age-verified account Monday-Friday before 5:00 pm Eastern Time.

AVAIL orders placed with a FedEx shipping option will be shipped SAME DAY if the order is placed from an age-verified account Monday-Friday before 4:00 pm Eastern Time.

All other orders will be shipped the following business day.

Exceptions may be made to this policy during holidays, sales and promotional events, and other special circumstances. Holiday closures, sales and promotional events which impact our same-day shipping guarantee, and special circumstances (including weather or disaster closures) will be announced via our social media outlets, listed below, and/or in our newsletter. Orders will still ship promptly when the same-day shipping guarantee is lifted, usually within one business day.

If our orders exceed our current capacity and prevent us from meeting this same day/one business day turnaround, we will update the content of this section of our site accordingly.

In order to maintain our same-day shipping guarantee, we are unable to hold or delay shipping on orders by request.

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all states in the U.S. whose local legislation permits the shipment of e-cigarette products. We also ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses.

Select orders will be shipped to the cardholder’s verified billing address. If we are unable to verify the billing address the order will be canceled without notice.

Select orders, including those whose local legislation require it, will be shipped with signature required on delivery. If you live in a state that requires a signature, please keep this in mind when providing your Ship To address.

Please note that loose batteries can only be shipped domestically via surface transportation.

AVAIL Vapor will only accept orders and ship to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, or of legal smoking age dependent on their locality’s legislation. AVAIL is committed to preventing the underage sale of electronic cigarettes and related products.

Below please find a list of the shipping carriers we partner with and the delivery options available to you. Please note that estimated transit times do not include our order processing time.

U.S. Postal Service

  • USPS First Class Mail:  2 – 7 business days in transit
  • USPS Priority Mail:  1 – 3 business days in transit (not guaranteed)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express:  1 – 3 business days in transit (guaranteed)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. The confirmation email will include a tracking detail for your package.

 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the products purchased, your location, and the delivery service selected. You will be presented the shipping cost before placing your order. 

 

Order Cancellations

Please submit any online order cancellation requests promptly via email to [email protected]. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.

 

Back Orders

If an item is on backorder, we will ship the other items from your order that are in-stock. Once the backordered item becomes available, we will notify you via email and will ship the product out immediately. You will not be charged any shipping fees for the shipment of the backordered product. 

 

Incomplete & Inaccurate Addresses

Incorrect or missing information in shipping addresses will delay order processing and fulfillment, and may result in returned orders. We will not reship an order until the carrier has returned the original order, and the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with reshipping the order. Please review all information carefully and thoroughly. 

If there is an issue with your address and we need clarification in order to proceed with processing, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice after ten business days from our first attempt to contact you. In this situation, we will issue a full refund, including any shipping fees

 

Lost Packages

AVAIL Vapor is not responsible for lost packages. Any issues should be addressed by the customer with the respective carrier. AVAIL will assist customers in resolving the matter with the carrier however we can. 

Order Cancelation and Refusal of Service

AVAIL Vapor reserves the right to cancel any order and refuse service for any reason.

State Shipping Regulations for Vapor and CBD Products

Due to state and city regulations, some of our products on availvapor.com may not be eligible to be shipped to your residence. The following list will be updated as new federal and state regulations are enacted. Please view our shipping policy for more information on our shipping practices.
