SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All U.S. orders over $75.00 before tax qualify for FREE shipping!

Turnaround

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday – Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or on major U.S. holidays. We ship to most states in the U.S, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses.  Loose batteries can ONLY be shipped domestically via surface transportation, and we are unable to ship to APO & FPO addresses or overseas.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards.

Please note: Orders of $100 or more are shipped with signature confirmation (someone must be available to sign for the package).  Orders of $300 or more will be shipped to the cardholder's verified billing address. If we are unable to verify this address, the order will be cancelled without notice.

  • UPS Next Day Air Saver 1 business day* in transit
  • UPS 2nd Day Air 2 business days* in transit
  • UPS 3 Day Select 3 business days* in transit
  • UPS does not ship to PO BOXES or Military Addresses

*These estimated transit times refer to the time it takes the package to reach its destination once it has been shipped. They do not include our processing time.*

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number to the email address registered to your account.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the products ordered, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown shipping costs for your order. Handling is included within the shipping cost.

Restricted States

The following states require an adult signature upon delivery:

  • Massachusetts
  • Texas

The following states/cities require our customers to be 21+ years old:

  • Zip codes in New York City & Suffolk County in the state of New York
  • Hawaii

The following state do not allow online e-liquid sales:

  • Arkansas

Back Orders

If an item is on backorder, we will ship items in your order that are in stock. When the backordered item becomes available, we will ship it out immediately. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for the second shipment. Backorder statuses may vary, but you will be notified via email once the item is back in stock.

Order Cancellations

Please submit any online order cancellation request via email to custservice@availvapor.com. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until the original order is returned to us by the courier. The customer will assume the cost to reship the order.

If there is an issue with your address and we cannot ship your package, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice within 10 business days of the first attempt to contact you. We will issue a full refund, including shipping costs, if we need to cancel the order.

Return Policy

Refunds are only allowed within 10 calendar days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

To return an item, please email Customer Service at custservice@availvapor.com to request a return label.  To complete your return, please include a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original invoice. Once we receive your return, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (original method of payment). You will receive the credit based on the timing of your card issuer's policies.

Defective Products Returns and/or Exchanges

To return a defective item, please email Customer Service at custservice@availvapor.com to request a return label.  To complete your return, please include a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original invoice. Once we receive your return, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (original method of payment) or ship out a replacement.

Return Exceptions

Our return policy EXCLUDES the following items: atomizer heads, atomizer replacements, e-liquids, drip tips, and mod batteries.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 30-day warranty on all hardware sold on our website. The warranty covers these items for defects that come from the manufacturing process and does not cover these items for issues that come from normal wear and tear, use and abuse, or for issues that arise from the improper operation of these items.

If you would like to inquire about a warranty claim, please contact us at custservice@availvapor.com and include in your email a thorough description of the problem, the name of the device, and any other information you feel may be useful to us in assisting you. We will respond to your email within 24 hours with instructions for the return.

Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at an AVAIL Vapor retail location. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchange may vary.

Have a Retail Store Purchase Return?

Retail store purchases must be returned to the store location where originally purchased. For a full retail store return policy, please contact custservice@availvapor.com or visit your local AVAIL location.

Items ordered online cannot be returned or exchanged at an AVAIL Vapor store. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we cannot be held responsible for issues that occur during the shipment process.
